New Client Booking Instructions

STEP 1

Click HERE to open the Massagebook.com booking page in a new window.

STEP 2

Select the service type you’re wanting to book.

STEP 3

  • Use the calendar to select an appointment day.
    • A circle around the day indicates a day with available appointments times.
  • Once you select an available appointment day, start times for that day will show. Select your time then press “Next”.

STEP 4

Enter your email address. This email will be used as the login for your account. Please use an email that you actually use and have access to.

STEP 5

Fill out the contact information.  First name, last name, phone number and a memorable password for future logins.

***If you’re booking an appointment as a surprise for a guest. Please book it under your own name and information but put their first and last name in the “Note To Provider” section.

STEP 6

“Note To Provider” is where you can enter any questions, concerns, the name for a person that you’re scheduling the appointment for, or any special needs for the appointment.

STEP 7

Review and accept the cancellation policy.

STEP 8

  • Payment options
    • Pre-Pay Now
    • Pay In Person- Use this option if you want to pay in cash, money transfer, or have a voucher not a gift certificate. Click HERE for payment options.
    • Gift Certificate

STEP 9

If you did everything correctly you should get a page that says “Booking Confirmed”. You will also get an email confirming your appointment.

***Please note that if you add your appointment to your calendar please make sure the appointment time is correct. Some calendars don’t recognize Arizona time zone correctly and may import your appointment at the wrong time.***

INTAKE FORM

You will recieve an email with a link to complete your intake form. Please have this filed out prior to arriving for your appointment.

***If you have booked for a surprise guest, please don’t fill out the intake for them. This intake is linked only to your email and information. I will have guests fill out their own intake after they arrive.***

CONFIRMATIONS

  • Email confirmations go out 48 hours prior to your appointment date and time.
  • Text message confirmations are sent 2 hours prior to your appointment time.
